Modern Rituals is a long-term documentary study of this ritual, made from the inside of London's progressive tattoo community over several years. Shot entirely on film, the work is less interested in the tattoo itself than in the exchange that surrounds it: the vulnerability, the trust, the quiet ceremony of becoming.

PRIVATE PRACTICE
Private Practice is Hannah Guyer's ongoing documentary study of the world of professional dominatrixes and session wrestlers — made from the inside, with access built on trust and shared experience. Shot on film, the work is less interested in what happens in the session than in everything that surrounds it: the beauty of the objects, the community, the in-between moments that reveal a working life in full.
